Le vendeur m'a répondu je n'avais pas vu la réponse qui date du 18/02... (belle réactivité)
Je lui ai donc envoyé plusieurs photos il en a retenu deux pour me donner des explications et la solution à mon problème...
Il semblerait que je soit le "fautif" dans mon problème (fautif est un grand mot car il s'agit d'une subtilité qui mériterait largement sa place dans le mode d'emploi, comme un avertissement pour les doués du bricolage dont je fais partie)

thanks for the pictures.
these lamps are manufactured by depo, they also produce original parts.
so the quality is really good.
we also send you two pictures back.
there you can see the reason for the condensation inside of the part.
on the first picture we made two circles. the red circle shows some moldings from cables which were between the seal and the car. the green circle shows these cables.
on the second picture you see these cable going up out oft the car, but normally they had to be inside.
so the seal couln't work how it should be and water came in.
sorry, but we have to say that's not a case of warranty.
you just can wait until the lamp is dry again and mount it better.

En fait les cables indiqués d'une flèche verte sur la photo étaient coincé entre la mousse isolante et la carrosserie rendant l'étanchéité totalement inefficace forcement
Ces cables doivent donc (évidement) se trouver dans la voiture pour ne pas être coincé accidentellement entre la mousse et la voiture comme ça m'est arrivé
Alors GROS méa culpa, le boulet c'est moi
et bravo au vendeur pour sa réactivité et ces explications.
